Organizer
The contest is organized by the Federal Mint Swissmint (hereinafter “the Organizer”).

Participation
The contest is open to all individuals residing in Switzerland or Liechtenstein who are 18 years old or older. Employees of the Organizer, as well as their relatives, are not allowed to participate.

Contest Duration
The contest will take place from December 1, 2024 at 8 a.m. to December 5, 2024 at 8 p.m.. All entries must be submitted before the end of the specified period.

How to Participate
To participate, entrants must:

• Follow us on Instagram
• Comment on the post stating which coin they would like (with or without color)

Selection of Winners
Winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries or selected by a jury based on defined criteria. The announcement of winners will be made on Instagram by December 6, 2024. Winners will be contacted directly via private message. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the Organizer reserves the right to select a new winner.

Prize
The following prize is up for grabs:

1x a St. Nicholas special coin (with or without color).
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.

Liability
The Organizer assumes no responsibility for any loss, delay, or technical issues related to participation. The contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram/Facebook and is not associated with these platforms.

Exclusion
The Organizer reserves the right to exclude any participant who violates the terms of participation or attempts to cheat.

Data Protection
Personal data collected for the contest will be used exclusively for managing the contest and will not be shared with third parties. Data will be deleted after the end of the contest unless otherwise required by law.

Applicable Law
The contest is subject to Swiss law. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Bern.
